This local commercial is horrible. The man in the commercial, their owner, is in no way trained to act in commercials. There have been so many complaints about this commercial that he actually addressed them in one spot. However, instead of trying to fix the commercials he basically tells people to quit whining and like his commercials. That is a sure fire way to lose support for your product or company.
